My UWorld average was also 50-60s right before the NCLEX. I did not study the night before aside just reviewing some lab values. You will never feel ready and I am a firm believer that the biggest component to NCLEX success is feeling relaxed the day of the exam. Took mine this morning, cut off at 75, and got the good pop up too!! I have friends that said to check nursys.com 24-48 hours after your exam for your license to be posted, so that's what I plan to do. You can also get your quick results on NCSBN's website 48 hours after depending on the state you tested in. Manifesting good results for us!!!
