Bar Primi had decent Italian food for a good price but it definitely wasn't the best I've had. We got their Sicilian Tomato Rice Balls for an appetizer. It was crunchy on outside but a little too mushy on inside for my liking. The rice ball itself could have had more flavor but the pesto underneath it was flavorful!
